This is a spacious privately owned 4 bedroom/3 bathroom villa in Windsor Palms.
The villa is decorated and furnished to an extremely high standard. Situated in a cul-de-sac and not overlooked at the rear, it offers tremendous value compared to staying in an hotel, with its wonderful location within a top class gated community.
The home consists of a large living room, dining area, breakfast nook, full size kitchen and four bedrooms.

The villa is fully air conditioned and has ceiling fans in all rooms. All bedrooms have TVs, some with DVD's.
The spacious lounge has a large TV, video player, CD player and comfortable seating for relaxation.
The formal dining area seats six, the breakfast nook, which overlooks the pool area seats four and the breakfast bar seats a further two.
The fully equipped kitchen includes, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, full size oven, microwave etc all you need for an enjoyable vacation.
Utility/laundry room includes washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board should you require them.

The sleeping accommodation consists of two master en-suites and two twin rooms, sharing a bathroom.
The bathroom for the King en-suite has a separate tub, shower and his 'n hers wash basins.
The Queen en-suite has a shower room.
